Product availability may change without prior notice. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will contact you regarding the order.

We currently accept the following payment methods:

Vodafone Cash
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Payment Confirmation
For orders paid via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash, the customer must send a screenshot of the successful payment transaction to the official Raqi WhatsApp number:

The screenshot must be accompanied by the customer's order details, including the order number and any other information required to identify the order.
The order will be considered confirmed only after the payment has been successfully verified by Raqi.
For Cash on Delivery, payment is collected upon delivery of the order.
Important Notice
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the payment screenshot and order information are clear and accurate. Raqi reserves the right to delay or cancel an order if payment cannot be verified or if the required confirmation details are not provided.
4. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
RAQI reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases such as incorrect information, product unavailability, or other circumstances affecting the fulfillment of the order.
5. Shipping
Orders are carefully prepared and packaged before shipment.
Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location and other circumstances affecting the delivery process.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- The purchased size is not suitable.
- The item has a verified manufacturing defect.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.
Returns for any other reason are not accepted.
