RAQI Return & Refund Policy

At RAQI, we carefully inspect every order before it is shipped to ensure that each piece reaches you in the expected condition.

Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following two cases:

1. Incorrect Size Delivered

If the size delivered is different from the size originally selected and ordered by the customer, the customer may request a return.

2. Manufacturing Defect

If the item received has a verified manufacturing defect, the customer may request a return.

The item will be inspected by RAQI to verify the reported defect before the return is approved.

Please note that returns are not accepted if the customer finds the ordered size unsuitable, changes their mind, or for any reason other than the two cases stated above.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with all original tags attached.

Return Conditions

Returns must comply with RAQI's return requirements. Once the returned item is received and inspected, RAQI will confirm whether it meets the applicable return conditions.

Exchanges

If a customer wishes to exchange an eligible item, the customer must keep the item with them and must not hand it over to the delivery representative who delivered the original order.

The customer should contact RAQI through any of the available contact methods to request an exchange.

Once the exchange request has been received and approved, RAQI will arrange for a separate delivery representative to collect the item that the customer wishes to exchange.

Additional shipping charges will apply to exchanges, and these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

The item submitted for exchange must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with all original tags attached. The item will be inspected by RAQI upon receipt to confirm that it meets the applicable exchange conditions.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, RAQI will verify that the return meets the applicable conditions.

If the return is approved, the customer will be informed of the applicable refund details and refund method.
